Wine dinner : An evening on Isola d’Ischia with Pasquale and Federica Cenatiempo
Join us at A16 on Thursday, March 12th, for a special evening at A16 San Francisco with Pasquale Cenatiempo and Federica Cenatiempo, the brother-and-sister team behind Cenatiempo on the island of Ischia.
The Cenatiempo family has been farming vines on Ischia for generations, crafting wines that reflect the island’s volcanic soils, sea breezes, and native grapes (most notably Biancolella).
Pasquale and Federica will be with us in person to share stories of their vineyards, their family history, and what makes Ischia such a special place for wine.
Our kitchen will prepare a one-night-only menu designed to pair beautifully with their wines, creating a relaxed and transportive evening inspired by the flavors of Southern Italy and the Mediterranean.
