Artichoke Week | Sagra del Carciofo | San Francisco

All hail the great Artichoke - a week long of a menu dedicated entirely to one of our greatest loves. We celebrate our regal Artichoke with honor and reverence. Better yet - Shelley has been an advocate of pairing two of her favorite items - carciofi and vino for years and years. We'll have many options to try and debunk the myth that wines and artichokes can't happen. This April springtime in Italy, you can also find sagra del carciofi in Campania, Lazio and Sicily - we feel adding California to this tradition is meant to be at A16.
